Work and a whole lot of nothing else. My husband worked late most nights this week so I was just home with the dog, doing a whole bunch of nothing exciting.
Today is Mother’s Day! This is the FIRST time since I’ve been a mother that none of the kids are physically with me celebrating. I plan to spend the day with my husband and Rollo, and go for a hike since the weather is supposed to be in the mid 70s!
If you consider yourself a mother in any capacity, Happy Mother’s Day to you!!!!!!
And one more week until my son graduates college. I have SO MUCH to do and I’m gonna be stressing all week trying to get everything done beforehand.

I am not too far in to The Night Collector. Book three comes out in June (that I have a ARC for) so I am trying to make this one a priority so I can get to the next book.
I have halfway through Pines, a series I’ve been wanting to read for awhile now. And I’m a Blake Crouch fan.
I also started The Kind Worth Killing, a paperback I personally own.
I finished Detective Hole. Great stuff all around!
Randomly I’ve been seeing some clips on TikTok of The Twilight Zone and the girl in the video is narrating what goes on in said episode she’s reviewing. I’ve seen a few random episodes before, and they were good, so I thought I’d watch a few more to pass the time.

Happy Mother’s Day, Melissa. Enjoy your day. My daughter lives many hours away, so I don’t get to spend mother’s day with her anymore. My son is here and will BBQ for dinner. I need to Watch the Hole series. I’ve read a couple of the books and think I would enjoy it. Have a great week.
