Monthly Wrap Up: February 2026

Good morning, readers! After a sort-of-slumpy, not really feeling like reading sometimes month, I ended up reading 7 books in February (5 audiobooks, 1 eBook, and 1 physical book).

If you’re not following me on Storygraph, you should! This is my page. Like a lot of people, I mostly stopped using Goodreads.

Monthly Wrap Up: January 2026

Good morning, readers! Somehow…. I read 7 books this month. Thank goodness for audiobooks at this point. I overwhelmed myself with lots of plans and I ended up scratching all of them and going to comfort books to help my reading along. ALL of my ARCs were neglected – it happens :(

Excited for all these great plans I have for 2026!

Monthly Wrap Up: November 2025

Good morning, readers! November overall was a good reading month for me. It slowed down at the end due to the holiday though… not mad at it.

One more month until 2026 – that’s CRAZY!

Monthly Wrap Up: September 2025

Good morning, readers! I had a pretty successful reading month and I honestly cannot believe it! Between starting a new job and the crazyness of what September normally brings, I am so happy with how many books I finished!

Monthly Wrap Up: August 2025

Good morning, readers! August was so busy with getting both of my kids moved into their college dorms, yet I had got around to reading a good amount of books.

Monthly Wrap Up: July 2025

Good morning, readers! While I felt like I had no time to read and then couldn’t find any books to keep my interest towards the end of the month, this may be one of my most successful months of reading, haha!

August I am focusing on eBooks I want to get to. And with moving two children into college dorms in a few weeks, I am not sure how much reading will get done. Again, lol.

Monthly Wrap Up: June 2025

Good morning, readers! My reading started off great this month, and then a huge reading slump hit me. I was so busy getting everything ready for my daughter graduation high school so I was absolutely not in a reading mood! Once graduation stuff was over I did a mini vacation to my parents house in North Carolina and my reading picked back up.

Monthly Wrap Up: May 2025

Good morning, readers! My reading is going to be all over the place until the summer. Spring time with a Senior in high school is absolutely crazyness! I finished nine books, mostly audiobooks this month, but I am happy with getting a good amount of listening done.

My first five star read of the year happened this month. The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides was awesome and completely had a hold of me! I did not see the ending coming, which is a huge plus for me.

Monthly Wrap Up: April 2025

I saw Everyone Here Is Lying by Shari Lapena while browsing through my library. I ended up not grabbing it off the shelf, but instead decided to borrow the audiobook through Libby. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had borrowed The Final Empire by Brandon Sanderson from the library. I fully immersed myself (eBook from Libby, physical book and audiobook from Hoopla), but mostly read the eBook. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A friend recommended I read The Affair by N.A. Cooper, so I borrowed the audiobook from Hoopla. ⭐⭐⭐

The Best of Friends by Lucinda Berry I found on Amazon and used my No-Rush Rewards to pay for the entire price of the book. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wanted to start reading the Eddie Flynn series, so I started with The Defense, the first book in the series, from Hoopla. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Q: Have you read any of these? Any of them are on your TBR?
