I absolutely LOVE using my library for all my books and audiobook needs. I do not have a lot of money to blow on a hobby, so I found a good way to support my community, my library and my reading habit! The library has a ton of resources and I always check there first for audiobooks I want to listen to or books I want to read. Libby is my friend and I have multiple library branches hooked up to my account for maximum borrowing.
I thought it’d be fun to post monthly updates about my library stats, on top of keeping up with my official challenge page.
Good morning, readers! The month started off with me on vacation so I was barely reading, to being off of work for the summer so I had all the time in the world to read! And I definitely read!!!!!

Due to being on vacation I never posted my library update for the month of May, so I included it with June’s update.

Good morning, readers! This month was a great reading month for me! It helped that my husband was working late a lot of days this month and I had the time to sit and read uninterrupted, lol.

Good morning, readers! It’s been a crazy month here, but I ended up reading 7 books in March… IDK how, lol. I read 1 physical, 3 audiobooks, 1 eBook, and 2 were dual reading (physical and audio).

Good morning, readers! After a sort-of-slumpy, not really feeling like reading sometimes month, I ended up reading 7 books in February (5 audiobooks, 1 eBook, and 1 physical book).

Good morning, readers! Somehow…. I read 7 books this month. Thank goodness for audiobooks at this point. I overwhelmed myself with lots of plans and I ended up scratching all of them and going to comfort books to help my reading along. ALL of my ARCs were neglected – it happens :(

Good morning, readers! December started off strong and tanked around the holidays, which is expected since I was so busy with traveling and family things.
Excited for all these great plans I have for 2026!

Also, I am trying to get more people liking my posts on Instagram. If you could follow me there, and maybe like a photo or two, I would also appreciate that :) I also follow back anyone who follows me.
Good morning readers! These are all of the books that I acquired/received/borrowed onto my shelves, virtual and/or physical, for the entire month of December:

I borrowed all of these from Libby.
I borrowed this hefty paperback copy from my library as well. I knew I wouldn’t be able to read the e-copy within the time frame I was allowed to borrow it.
I borrowed these Christmas and Hanukkah themed eBooks from Prime Reading.
James Patterson’s Street Team sent me this paperback advanced reader copy of Judge Stone by Viola Davis and James Patterson.
My mom got me a Blind Date With A Book for Christmas.

I am also doing two library challenges for this year, so I thought it’d be fun to post monthly updates about my library stats.
I checked out a total of 71 books (audiobook/physical/eBook), I read 43 of them (so 61% read) and saved $1,289.85 *using Amazon prices or the price on the receipt when I leave the library*.
Good morning, readers! November overall was a good reading month for me. It slowed down at the end due to the holiday though… not mad at it.
One more month until 2026 – that’s CRAZY!

I chose both of these as my First Reads choice for the month of November.
I signed up with Silver Dagger Book Tours for this Thanksgiving read. I should of read the description of the book better before requesting because this is definitely not my typical genre lol
I borrowed this hardcover copy from a book borrowing group I am involved in on Facebook.
I was gifted a physical copy of You Killed Me First by John Marrs. Thanks Cayla!

One of my goals for this year was to save at least $1,000 while using the library! Woohoo!!!!
Good morning, readers! October was definitely a good reading months for me, as I listened to 8 books (three were short stories, which helped my stats lol).
Next month I am doing Netgalley November. Gotta get that ratio number up!
