The mystery-a-thon took from April 12th to April 19th, hosted by the COYER Discord group. Real simple rules: If it’s a mystery it counts. It can be suspenseful or a cozy. As long as someone is trying to find out who done it, it counts.

Spring Training is during March 2026. During this period, note your readings you have completed since January 1, so you will be prepared to step up to the plate when the season opens. You can submit completed appearances any time after March 1.
The official Abra Cadavers baseball season is from April 1 to September 30 2026! Any reading starting Jan. 1 2026 counts.

Triple (read three books by the same author)
Homerun (read four books by the same author)
Cycle (for completing the above prompts)
Foul (a book you DNFed)
Bunt (read a short story)
Stolen Base (stealing (reading) a book which has been submitted to any of our previous or current challenges – in any year – by someone else)
Strike Out (when a book strikes out of your house (out to the library, loaned out, mailed out, given away, sold, thrown out, audiobook taken outdoors for a walk, book taken elsewhere to read, etc.)
All Star (when you complete the challenge)

When I started to read again in 2022, I did not own many physical books. Now it’s a few years later and after going through my entire house, I own more physical books than I thought. So I decided to make a small stack of books that I own and I want to challenge myself to read this year.
