When I got back into reading during the Pandemic, I did not own a lot of books from my childhood (some, but not many). I slowly started building up a small library here at home. My house is small and I don’t have the space for a bookshelf anywhere. I ended up buying a narrow one to shove next to my nightstand in my bedroom. And I also bought a book cart with nowhere to really put that either (also shoved into a corner in my bedroom).
Then we all know that I stopped spending money on books in 2023. The only physical books that come in to my house are ones I am sent for free, find in a Little Free Library, or acquire with credit from the used bookstore from turning in books to them.
I moved my bookshelf and cart into the room we call the kids playroom two years ago when we needed room for the dog’s stuff in my bedroom. This is my shelving situation as of today…

There is no real organization with these books whatsoever! Many of these books are up for sale on PangoBooks (most of those are on the cart) and I have all the James Patterson books shoved together on the bottom two shelves.
I don’t know how else to deal with all these books, so this is what it’s gonna be until all the books I am selling on PangoBooks get sold.
