I am an Amazon Prime member, so every month I can choose a First Reads book. I decided to go with the bonus short story for the month of May as the other books on the list did not appeal to me.

I also chose this short read. For the main book though I chose the one by Ruthie Knox and Annie Mare. I’ve read them for a long time, almost met them but missed them by a day, long story. I rode on RAGBRAI across Iowa with Ruthie’s cousins a few times. Anyway, Homemaker is part of a series, a cozy mystery which sounds interesting plus I always read Ruthie.
